- Back to focusing on Israel: the Hilan Group acquired Ness' operations in Israel.
- Ness' core expertise around SAP solutions proves itself: Clalit Health Services selects Ness to lead its extensive ISH SAP project.
- Ness won an outsourcing project at Tel Aviv-Yafo Academic College.
- Tsuk Eitan Military Operation: Ness joins forces to support its employees and their families residing in southern Israel and those in reserve service in the IDF.
2015
- Ness employees volunteered in the 'Multiple 5' project ('Pi 5'), aiming to encourage more students to graduate high school with a major in mathematics in their final exams. This initiative is led jointly by the Ministry of Education, the IDF, and technology companies.
- Ness further solidified its leading position in the Testing-as-Managed-Service domain.
- NessPRO was selected to represent and distribute CA's products in Israel. A nice closure after having been CA's representative in Israel in the 1980s.
- Ness employees participate in a race to support ALS patients, a wheelchair race, and additional 'doing good' initiatives.
- The Testing Division establishes the medical systems validation arm through the acquisition of Comply.
- Ness training activities continue to grow with wins at Bituach Leumi (Tevel), the Israel Electricity Company (Shoval), Bank Yahav, and the Ministry of Health.
2016
- Ness acquires control of DANEL's operations, thus significantly strengthening its offering for the financial sector customers; Ness further expands its activities in the USA through the acquisition of NAYA, a company specializing in remotely managed services and training.
- The Ministry of Housing project goes live!
- Ness signed a comprehensive IT services agreement with Netivei Israel (formerly named Maatz).

2017
- Ness won a wide-scale SAP project at the Hebrew University.
- Ness acquired Salto, a company specializing in migration, performance improvement, and consolidation of databases.
- A significant cross-company win for both the Outsourcing and SAP divisions at Hadassah
2018
- Ness establishes and scales its activities in cloud computing, cloud-based information security, and cloud-based cyber domains. Ness acquired Cloudingnow and later acquired ITWAY.
- Exclusive representation agreement between NessPro and the software giant, OpenText.
- Employee event - Ness Live Festival.
- Executing the digital strategy at customers in the Public and Government sectors, among which are: the Ministry of Health, the Ministry of Housing, the Ministry of Social Affairs, the Jerusalem Municipality, the Israeli National Road Safety Authority, and Netivei Israel.
- Ness won the #1st award in the "Employee Experience" category in the annual competition of the Israel Human Resources Association.
2019

- The Israeli Military Industry (IMI, Later renamed as Taas Systems) outsourced to Ness the maintenance of its SAP systems and the management of its IT.

2012
- Ness's new Development Center in Be'er Sheva is up and running!
- Ness was chosen to establish the SWIFTNESS pension clearinghouse system for the Ministry of Finance.
- Ness secures an outsourcing project with the Standards Institution of Israel.
- The UX/UI unit of Ness is established.
- Machog Project, a first-of-its-kind (in Israel and worldwide) billing and collection system for property tax and water at the Tel Aviv Municipality goes live.
- Ness is recognized by Ma'ala" for joining the Global Compact initiative.
2011
- CVCI, the private equity fund of CITI Bank, acquires Ness. Thus, Ness transitions from a publicly traded company to a privately owned one.
- Ness won a project for establishing the development and research center of Barclays Capital in Israel. This project drove the launch of Ness' development center in Be'er-Shaeva.
- Ness secured a major project with the Israeli Electricity company for the implementation and testing of SAP-based solutions.
- A 'Golden Age' of SAP activities in insurance companies: 'Go-Live' in Bituach Yashir and significant wins at Menorah, Phoenix, and others.
- The Womeness Forum was established to promote women in managerial roles within the company.
2010
- Ness acquired the Business Intelligence (BI) solution company, Gilon.
- Outlook Implementation Project at Teva Pharmaceuticals.
- Gaya, the provident fund members management system for Bank Mizrahi-Tefahot goes live.
- NessPRO won the Saar Documentum project.
- Net Hamishpat system goes live.
2008-2009
- End of the SAP Products Representation in Israel. This partnership with SAP Israel was established at Techm in 1995. The SAP software distribution activity was sold back to SAP Israel, and following that Ness established its SAP (services) division.
- Ness' basketball team was crowned as the Israeli Workplace League champions, and since then, through its various transitions and changes, successfully maintained its leadership.
- The T50 Forum convenes in Kazakhstan.
- Ness secures an international outsourcing deal for technical support and Helpdesk services in the Israel Airports Authority.
- In 2009, 5 years following its IPO in the NASDAQ Stock Exchange, Ness was listed for trading on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange (TSE: NSTC).
- Launch of the "Noam" initiative at Discount Bank.
2007
- Ofek, the first strategic testing project at Discount Bank commences.
- A mega-win for the Development and Maintenance of Core Systems (later known as the Digital Division) at the Ministry of Construction and Housing.
- Ness' basketball team is crowned as Israel's Workplace League champions.
- A double win for Ness' basketball team, securing the championship in the Sportiadah competition.
2006
- Accelerated global expansion: over 8,000 employees, 2,700 of whom are based in Israel. NessPRO becomes a global entity.
- Ness won one of the most significant SAP projects in Israel –Machog, the SAP system for the Tel Aviv municipality, which is still recognized as one of the most advanced municipal billing and collection systems worldwide.
- Establishment of a technological leadership development program (later to become the Education Division).
- The Ness basketball team is formed.
2004-2005
- In 2004, Ness went public, and following a successful IPO was listed for trade on the NASDAQ stock exchange in New York.
- In 2005, Ness hosted a 'Leadership Conference' with Rudy Giuliani, the former Mayor of New York City as a keynote speaker.
- Ness Israel is established, in the framework of Ness' global expansion.
2003
- The "Products and Technologies" division, established in 1975 at Techm, was renamed to be called NessPRO and has since been led by Dedi Dvorsky. NessPro is recognized as the leading software distributor in Israel.
- Ness won the 'Net Hamishpat' project - the main information system of the Israeli judiciary system, digitizing and revolutionizing the legal system in Israel, significantly reducing the procedures times.
- Ness identifies the potential of outsourcing services and establishes a dedicated division for these services.
- Ness entered the offshore market through the acquisition of the Indian offshore service company, APAR.
- Ness acquired the activities of "Yani," a company specializing in pension and provident fund management, leading to the establishment of the Ness Pension activity.
- The T50 Forum, consisting of the 50 top Ness executives worldwide was launched in the Netherlands. The forum was active for many years until Ness returned to operating solely in Israel.
2002
- Ness acquired the European company APP Group and the American company Blue Flame - marking the beginning of its global expansion.
- Ness hosts an unforgettable customer conference with Bill Clinton, the former president of the USA as a keynote speaker.
- Ness won a strategic project for the implementation of an SAP ERP system for tens of thousands of users in IAI, the Israeli Aerospace Industries (IAI).
- The legendary IT team established Ness' first Support Center.
- Ness was chosen by the Technion to carry out a large-scale SAP system implementation project.
1999-2001
- Ness was founded in 1999 through the merger of the six most prominent Israeli IT companies: Compro, Gilad, Konthal, Techm, ISI, and IPEX.
- Each company brought with it decades of expertise and experience, and together they formed the leading information systems service provider in Israel.
- At the time of its incorporation, Ness had around 2,000 employees, all of which were based in Israel.
- In 2000, Ness was positioned as the undisputed leader of the information systems market in Israel.
- In 2001, Ness achieved a significant milestone by developing the Maor system, which later evolved into 'Bulk Mail' ('Doar Kamuti').
- The journey continues, with Raviv Zoller appointed as CEO of Ness.
