CCoE – NESS Cloud Center of Excellence
One of the most important steps on the way to excellence in the cloud world is the establishment of a professional body for governance: the Cloud Center of Excellence (CCoE). The Cloud Center of Excellence (CCoE) is an "organizational governance" setup key to driving cloud transformation enterprise-wide.
CCoE includes a diverse team of experts whose goal is to implement the policies, best practices, and the architecture required to adopt and adapt cloud technology in the more correct, professional, efficient and cost-effective way for organizations which have made the decision to work primarily in the cloud.
The purpose of this body is to define the many responsibilities and consequences surrounding cloud migration, including: defining cloud policies, guiding selection of providers, assisting with solution architecture and workload placement, risk management, and more. The goal is optimizing and improving business and organizational processes to support optimal cloud performance and outcomes.
The Ness CCoE
The main goal that Ness sees in its CCoE are to monitor the cloud computing methods of its customers and to continuously improve their organizations’ skills and know-how, both professionally and in work methodologies.
Like many policy bodies, the CCoE requires cooperation among diverse specializations:

Our aim is to improve effective collaboration among the teams and to serve as a bridge connecting all units, ensuring success of the digital transformation and migration to the cloud for a company along with its customers and employees.
CCoE Work Processes
The NESS CCoE process is based on a cyclical and iterative process without a predefined endpoint, continually improving processes while constantly examining data and learning. This includes risk management and procedural and policy adaptations to optimize business and organizational processes. The goal of the process is to help customers build a modern learning and adaptive IT system using agile approaches to capture and then implement all relevant business requirements, applying best practices.
